Since 2009 Laura has been helping North London's toy, small and medium dogs look their best. 

Laura's focus is co-operative and consent based grooming with a specialism in behavioural rehabilitation.

Laura has almost two decades of experience working with dogs including as a behaviourist and trainer. It is this interest in canine behaviour that has led her to create a positive, low stress grooming experience using top quality, no nasty products. 

She incorporates calming techniques (such as Tellington Touch and massage) as well as behavioural modification tools into the grooming process to make sure each dog is as comfortable as possible. This additional time and knowledge is especially important for puppies and nervous dogs to create a positive experience going forward. 

A key element of her work in working with dogs who have been referred by trainers and behaviourists due to their intense anxiety around the grooming process. Laura creates behavioural rehabilitation programmes for these clients which allows her to support such dogs and their owners both in person and virtually.

Laura is also passionate about dermatological grooming, using natural, organic and nasty free products on both her own dogs and the dogs she grooms. 

Having been the proud owner of five very fluffy dogs Laura is well versed not just in dog grooming, but the daily maintenance required to keep your pup looking fresh and fluffy. She has extensive experience with all coat types, breeds and styles.

She has completed additional training with industry experts Verity Goodwill, Lisa Hart, Violeta Romanenko and Emily Goodwill. As well as behavioural experts such as Turid Rugaas, Kendall Shepherd and Ian Dunbar.
